Greater Tomorrow Academy is excited to announce that we are hiring for several positions to join our team of dedicated staff. We are looking for passionate individuals who are committed to education and share our values of excellence, integrity, and inclusivity.
We currently have vacancies for the following roles:
Teachers for subjects in the Montessori, Elementary, Junior and High school levels
Teacher Assistants
Janitors
Gardeners
Security personnel
Maintenance Personnel
As a Teacher, you will be responsible for designing and delivering lesson plans that meet the needs of your students. You will also assess student progress and provide feedback to parents and the principal. The teachers will need to be knowledgeable in their area of expertise, have excellent communication skills, and be able to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
As a Teacher Assistant, you will work closely with the lead teacher in the classroom to support their instruction. You may help with grading, preparing materials, or working with students one-on-one. You will need to be organized, patient, and able to work well with others.
As a Janitor, you will be responsible for keeping the school clean and safe. This will include tasks such as mopping floors, cleaning restrooms, and ensuring that the school is free from hazards. You will need to be detail-oriented and have excellent time management skills.
As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining the school’s landscaping and gardens. This may include tasks such as mowing lawns, planting flowers, and maintaining irrigation systems. You will need to have a good eye for design and be able to work well independently.
As a Security Personnel, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of the school’s students and staff. This may include tasks such as monitoring entrances and exits, responding to emergencies, and conducting regular security checks. You will need to be calm under pressure and have excellent communication skills.
As a Maintenance Personnel, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the school’s facilities, such as classrooms, offices, and restrooms. You will need to have experience in plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance tasks. You will also be responsible for ordering supplies and equipment as needed.
